உயிரினில் கலந்த ஒளியே
காணும் யாவிலும் காண்பார் விருப்பமாய்
காட்சி அளித்திடும் கதிரே
தேனூறும் பூவிலும் திரண்டெழும் மணத்திலும்
உருவஅருவமாய் விளங்கிடும் அமுதே
யானுனை தொழு திடும் பொழுதினில்
யாதானும் வந்துள் கூறாயோ
வேணு கானப் பிரியனே எந்தன்
வேதனை காண் கிலையோ
வாராய்க்கண்ணா! மாடுகள் மேய்த்து போதும்
கூறாய்க்கண்ணா மேயும் என்மனம்
வேறாய், வேரோடுவேராய் போகும்வழி தனையெனக்கு
கூறாய்க் கண்ணா! கோகுலக் கிருஷ்ணா!!
